Hormone Yoga

Hormone Yoga is based on the Yogic concept of the life force (Prana) and the specific physiology of the female organism. It was created in the early 90’s by Dinah Rodriguez. The unique combination of dynamic asanas (yogic postures), specific pranayamas (breath & energy techniques) and Tibetan energetic techniques enables the female body to reactivate the production of hormones in a completely natural way and, as a result, reduces the majority of menopausal symptoms and helps to heal various hormonal disorders (PMS, menstrual pains, polycystosis etc). It is also very useful as a preventive practice against osteoporosis and cardiovascular disorders. Moreover it can be very effective in some cases of female infertility.

Recommendations:

- Women of menopausal and postmenopausal age;
- Women aged 36 and over for profilactic purpose;

- Women under 36 with hormonal disorders or disbalances

Contraindications:

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong

Qigong is an ancient healing system which integrates postures, meditation, gentle movements, breathing techniques, images and focused intentions to promote the movement and maintain the balance of energy (Qi) in the body.

Most of the Qigong styles were developed by men for men. Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong is one of the few exceptions. Combining Chinese, Tibetan and Western knowledge and wisdom, this unique method was created by Daisy Lee specifically for physical, mental and emotional needs of women. It promotes a caring attitude towards one’s self, helping you to better hear and understand your true nature.

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong aims to resolve various blockades, to recalibrate the hormonal system, to achieve emotional, mental and physical balance and to invoke the experience of health, peace and harmony. It is effective in preventing and/or supporting the healing of physical conditions such as uterine cysts, fibrocystic breast disease, menstrual pains, breast tenderness, menopausal discomfort and benign tumors as well as being generally beneficial for the immune system and cellular health. RWLQ strengthens the bones and skeletal structure, boosts the organism’s ability to self-heal and recover, has a revitalizing and detoxing effect. Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong is suitable for any age and level of agility and has no contraindications or side effects.
